ROX Group and MobiFone Corporation have officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on strategic cooperation. The partnership marks a significant step as both parties pursue growth goals to meet the increasingly high demands of the market, particularly in the context of digital transformation and the rising need for innovation and technology adoption.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives and key management personnel from both ROX Group and MobiFone. Under the MOU, the two sides will collaborate to implement a series of core initiatives within ROX Group's digital transformation strategy.
MobiFone will provide several key services, including the deployment of fixed broadband and transmission infrastructure, the provision of MobiCA digital signature solutions, and AR/VR digital technology solutions to support brand promotion, staff training, and interactive engagement activities. These services are expected to enhance ROX Group's user experience and digital communication efficiency.
In addition, MobiFone will work with ROX Group and its member companies to digitalize internal processes, strengthen information security, and ensure legal compliance in electronic transactions—critical aspects for sustainable digital transformation.
At the same time, ROX Group will partner with MobiFone to expand network coverage and service provision across several of its core business areas, such as building operations management, security, cleaning services, recruitment, training, and development of high-quality human resources.
Speaking at the ceremony, a senior executive of ROX Group emphasized that the partnership with MobiFone represents a pioneering move in combining technological strength with modern management thinking. In the future, ROX Group and MobiFone plan to jointly research, design, and develop integrated multi-service business models—covering sales, customer care, and cross-service offerings—to deliver greater value to customers.
