TNPM Real Estate Management Service is recognized as a National Brand 2024

​ROX Key Holdings Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TN1) has recently been recognized as one of the firms attaining the National Brand 2024 in the category of Real Estate Management and Operation Services products.

The Vietnam National Brand is a governmental trade promotion initiative aimed at establishing and enhancing national brands via product branding. This year's initiative drew over 1,000 firms from various industries to engage. Following a nine-month selection process, the Ministry of Industry and Trade acknowledged 190 firms with a cumulative total of 359 items as attaining the Vietnam National Brand for 2024.

Founded in 2012, ROX Key has swiftly expanded during 12 years of operation, evolving into a multifaceted solution provider across various domains, including real estate management, operational services, human resource management, and technological solutions. In 2022, ROX Key received its inaugural nomination for National Brand, representing TNS Holdings, in the category of TNPM's real estate operational service products. In 2024, the second nomination featuring TNPM goods demonstrates ROX Key's sustained efforts over the past two years to uphold its market dominance.

Two years following the initial successful nomination, TNPM, under the leadership of ROX Key, has persistently implemented digital solutions, such as FM, S-Plus, Customer 360, Car Parking, and Smart Security, across the apartment projects, office buildings, retail malls, and industrial parks managed by the firm.
