ROX Group gives away those in need over 3,000 Tet gifts

​In commemoration of Tet Giap Thin 2024, ROX Group, a 28-year-old firm previously known as TNG Holdings Vietnam, has resolved to allocate over VND 1 billion towards the procurement of Tet gifts for those in need.

Prior to the Lunar New Year, the staff of ROX Group also hastened to deliver gifts to households facing tough times. Previously, the Group collaborated with the Fatherland Front in various locations such as Hanoi, Can Tho, Ha Nam, Thanh Hoa, Bac Ninh, and Lai Chau to compile and categorize impoverished households eligible to receive Tet gifts.

Each gift is worth VND 500,000 including necessities and cash.




ROX Group is supporting some particularly challenging cases on this occasion, in addition to providing Tet gifts to low-income households, such as the donation of motorbikes to assist with means of transportation in order to make a living and the donation of cash to some low-income women and children who are in difficult circumstances, in addition to people with disabilities, people with serious illnesses, and people who are at risk from natural disasters.

In order to offer a warm Tet to those who are less fortunate, the staff of the Group organized, prepared, and dispersed themselves to a variety of locations in order to deliver gifts.

Over 3,200 gifts were distributed to each individual after a week of implementation, which will assist to soothe and encourage individuals when Tet arrives. The attention that the Fatherland Front and the Group received caused a great number of people to voice their feelings.

The leaders of the Group have, ever since the beginning of its existence, placed a strong emphasis on providing assistance to those who are less fortunate, assisting local authorities in carrying out activities related to corporate social responsibility (CSR), and working towards the betterment of the community. Through the ROX Share program, the Group has systematically deployed CSR activities toward a wide variety of groups of people, including ROX Accompanying You To School, which provides assistance to kids from disadvantaged backgrounds; ROX Sharing Love, which provides assistance to low-income families and individuals who are facing challenging situations; and many more.




For the year 2023 alone, the Group continued to allocate a budget of more than VND 16 billion for CSR initiatives, despite the fact that the overall economic scenario of the whole market was challenging. 

During the Business Conference held in early 2024, the Group formally declared the alteration of their business name to ROX Group Joint Stock Company (ROX Group), along with the introduction of a fresh brand identity. The Group's objective in the upcoming phase of development is to achieve Convenient & Beneficial Innovation. The new logo incorporates the brand name ROX and has a benefit flower composed of four orange-yellow V letters, arranged in a rectangle frame, forming a unified, strong, and inseparable whole.

The brand is being repositioned because the TNG name cannot be legally protected by trademark registration in the key sectors where the Group is making investments, both locally and globally. Within the framework of growing global economic integration, a brand is one of three intangible assets that have crucial importance for a firm. Therefore, the Group's inability to register a brand has impeded the implementation of its new development initiatives.

The Group fosters the values of Humanity, Innovation, and Internationalism. It places particular emphasis on the environmental and social consequences by establishing growth objectives related to ecosystem development for individuals.

With the implementation of the new brand positioning, it is anticipated that the Group will embark on a new phase of expansion, therefore making a greater contribution to the economic development of the country.
