As part of ROX Mei 2025, the ninth edition of “Afternoon Tea with ROX Leaders" – Special Edition, themed “Academic Music Essence," invited participants into a space where classical art intertwined with modern life—a uniquely “ROX" way of living with depth, quality, and inspiration.
“Academic Music Essence" featured an inspiring talk by leading artists, offering fascinating foundational insights into classical music through an engaging, vivid, and emotional approach.
No longer confined to rigid academic concepts or dry theories, classical music was “decoded" through the stories and experiences of People's Artist Bui Cong Duy – Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Academy of Music; musician Tran Hai Dang – Former Deputy Director of the Vietnamese Institute for Musicology; and violinist Pham Truong Son.

Emotionally charged performances by outstanding artists from the Academy's Symphony Orchestra—such as Khac Hoa, Le Thu Huong, and La Hua Binh Nhi—helped participants appreciate the profound beauty and emotional nourishment that this art form offers.

The afternoon tea was not only a relaxing moment but also a value-driven experience:
LIVING BEAUTIFULLY – when art opens empathy and each sound is embraced with openness and depth.
LIVING MEANINGFULLY – when academic art becomes a catalyst for emotion, expanding thought and enriching modern leadership style.
Within the ROX ecosystem, emotions, mindset, and leadership style are always emphasized. A leader is not only someone who guides, but someone who inspires—fostering a culture of innovation, promoting global thinking, and spreading the humanistic values that the Group upholds.
Beyond knowledge and skills, an inspirational leader must possess a soul that listens, resonates, and empathizes. This is the reason behind ROX's initiative to launch the series “Approaching Classical Music" in collaboration with the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
Music serves as a subtle medium that helps each leader deepen their inner world and better hear themselves—living more beautifully through empathy and more meaningfully through thought and style. From there, they will inspire the entire ecosystem to build products and services that allow each individual to fully enjoy a balanced life of body, mind, and spirit.
This year, the ROXMei 2025 Traditional Day will deliver a special experience: all ROX employees are invited to the Ho Guom Opera House to enjoy a symphony concert. This is not only a valuable cultural gift but also reflects the Group's sustainable corporate culture development direction—nurturing emotions and inner depth for every member of the ROX family.
Previously, ROX Group also collaborated with the Hanoi Symphony Orchestra to present top-tier concerts such as the Tchaikovsky Night; and “Masterpieces of Classicism & Romanticism," showcasing works by three great composers: Gioachino Rossini, Franz Krommer, and Felix Mendelssohn. The Group's year-long sponsorship of the orchestra in 2025 demonstrates its long-term commitment to nurturing young talent and bringing the essence of global music closer to the Vietnamese public.
“Afternoon Tea with ROX Leaders" is an initiative to promote a spirit of learning and sharing among the leadership team. Held in a tea party format with engaging topics and special guests, the event provides a space for connection, idea exchange, and inspiration—fostering a culture of continuous learning and development at ROX Group.
