May 19, 2026 marks the 30th anniversary of ROX Group accompanying the development journey of the country. From the first industrial parks integrated with residential areas, happy urban developments to solar power fields, that journey of creation has been written through a pioneering spirit, resilient internal strength and the aspiration to bring Vietnamese values further to the world.

A pioneering spirit of creation
Thirty years ago, the journey of ROX Group began with Nam Thang Shoe Factory employing more than 1,600 workers. At that time, Nam Thang was one of the largest private enterprises in Hanoi.
Thirty years later, that shoe factory has expanded into an extensive ecosystem comprising 14 industrial parks covering more than 3,000 hectares, over 300 urban and residential projects, a chain of 14 convenient and beneficial hotels and three solar power plants. These seemingly different pieces are connected by one consistent philosophy: Create a more convenient life.
From ROX Living, ROX Signature, ROX iPark to ROX Key and ROX Energy, each member brand carries its own distinctive identity while collectively contributing to shaping a sustainable development ecosystem that is increasingly recognized by the market.
Along that journey of creation, ROX Group has gradually defined its pioneering spirit: not following existing paths, but choosing to unlock untapped market opportunities to create new values associated with the long-term development needs of communities and the economy.
The industrial park model integrated with residential areas, pioneered by ROX in the early 2000s, was one such hallmark. Following the success of Nam Sach Industrial Park, this model became one of the foundations for policy orientations on industrial park development associated with social welfare. With its strong ability to attract investors and impressive occupancy rates, ROX was referred to by the market as a “midwife" of industrial parks during the early integration period.

As Hanoi's inner urban areas gradually became overloaded, the Group quickly shifted westward to develop Goldmark City – one of the few large-scale “all-in-one" urban models at that time, featuring open living spaces, synchronized amenities and a multicultural residential community.

Following Goldmark City, the ROX imprint continued through GoldSeason, GoldSilk Complex, The GoldView and many other projects in Cao Bang, Lao Cai, Nghe An and Ca Mau. In the high-end segment, ROX is also expanding its presence with The Legend Danang, a project pursuing a more personalized and resort-style living experience.
Beyond developing projects, ROX has also gradually completed its service and operation ecosystem to maintain sustainable living quality for residential communities over time.

The pioneering spirit has also been brought by ROX into the hospitality and renewable energy sectors. While its convenient and beneficial hotel chain focuses on rapidly growing industrial urban areas to stay ahead of new accommodation demand, in the energy sector, ROX has chosen not to pursue rapid expansion but instead to accumulate operational capabilities.
Today, ROX Group has become a common home for thousands of employees, creating jobs for more than 82,000 workers through its industrial park ecosystem, while attracting more than 600 investors with total capital of nearly USD 6 billion. The Group is also a partner of many major domestic and international organizations and has been recognized through more than 150 domestic and international awards.

Behind ROX's ecosystem expansion journey is a foundation of internal strength cultivated through generations of employees. Early members of ROX still remember the days of wading through fields to measure land, sleeping at construction sites and self-learning everything to keep pace with project schedules.
