MSB has officially launched the upgraded version of the Kondor system, one of the world's leading financial & transaction management platforms, with support from TNTech Joint Stock Company.
The Kondor system, developed by Finastra, is a comprehensive financial management solution that has proven effective at numerous large banks globally. Its ability to optimize transaction processes and enhance risk management makes it a trusted tool in the financial industry.
The upgrade to the latest version of the Kondor system marks a strategic move by MSB toward aligning with international standards in financial management, liquidity, and technological innovation. It also highlights TNTech's expertise in deploying digital transformation solutions for the banking and finance sector.
As the coordinating unit, TNTech's technical team worked closely with MSB's departments, gathering business requirements and integrating them into the core module managed by MSB's technology department. Key operations, including foreign currency trading, deposits, loans, securities, capital transfers, limit management, ledger accounting, and both domestic and international payments, were carefully considered. The implementation ensures compliance with Vietnamese legal procedures and regulations.
Following a thorough analysis of operations, the upgraded system was seamlessly integrated with MSB's core banking, accounting systems, and risk management tools, enabling a smooth and uninterrupted flow of data across the platform.

During the testing phase, hundreds of transactions were simulated to assess the accuracy and efficiency of operations. More than 100 employees participated in comprehensive training courses, ensuring the system would run smoothly once it was fully operational.
After four months of implementation, MSB officially launched the new version of the Kondor system—two months ahead of schedule. The new system enhances MSB's performance, enabling faster and more effective transaction processing, particularly for complex financial operations. As a result, the bank is able to minimize risks, improve financial performance, and maintain its competitiveness in the market.
TNTech has been a trusted strategic partner for MSB, supporting a range of important digital transformation projects, including the CoreBanking infrastructure project, server infrastructure standardization for DC/DR, and SD-WAN virtual network architecture. The company has also partnered with PGBank, VietBank, LienVietPostBank, SHBFinance, and others, deploying various technology solutions designed to enhance customer experience.
