The flow of convenience and benefits

Every organization possesses its own approach to philanthropy. In the aftermath of Typhoon Yagi (September 2024), numerous staff groups in impacted regions collaborated to assist individuals in flood-affected areas. ROX employees from Lao Cai, Thai Binh, and Nam Dinh, among other regions, actively participated in assisting those affected by natural disasters by engaging in cleanup efforts and providing meals in flood-impacted areas. Ms. Hoang Thi Be (Lao Cai) stated, Consuming a hot meal after enduring the rain and floods brings us immense warmth. The house remains in disarray; fortunately, charitable rice arrived at an opportune moment, providing the sustenance needed to persist in cleaning and swiftly restore normalcy to life.

Simultaneously, at the headquarters, ROX Group employees coordinated blood donations and contributed funds to assist personnel and victims of Typhoon Yagi. The total donations collected amounted to VND 374,231,226, which were allocated to each location requiring assistance in the most effective manner.

ROX Group provided financial assistance exceeding VND 50 million to Y Can Primary and Secondary School No. 2 in Tran Yen District, Yen Bai Province; VND 14 million to the school in Ba Thuoc District, Thanh Hoa Province; and over VND 70 million to Chue Luu Primary School in Ha Hoa District, Phu Tho Province. The residual funds will persist in aiding underprivileged pupils in other regions.

The pupils of Chue Luu Primary School (Ha Hoa District, Phu Tho) exhibit radiant joy, despite their youth, upon receiving assistance from the charitable organization. This gift will greatly please my parents and will prevent them from insisting that I drop out of school, stated P.V.T, a third grader.

The employees gave gifts to support Chue Luu Primary School (Phu Tho).

Simultaneously, management personnel promptly gathered data from the impacted regions and devised support strategies. The Chairman of the Board of Directors promptly sanctioned a donation of VND 1 billion via the Fatherland Front at all levels to assist individuals in reconstructing their lives, with VND 500 million designated to collaborate with the government in restoring damaged residences for households in the two most adversely impacted regions, Lao Cai and Yen Bai.

For any circumstance, ROX personnel adeptly devise suitable assistance strategies.

The year's conclusion is when ROX employees are most engaged in volunteer endeavors: providing scholarships to underprivileged students, distributing Tet presents to the needy, and visiting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, among other activities. Alongside the urgency of fulfilling corporate objectives, compiling summary reports, and formulating strategies for the upcoming year, ROX employees also allocate a portion of their hectic schedules to liaise with functional agencies for the creation of lists, preparation of gifts, and establishment of a timely gift-giving schedule for spring.

Charity has evolved into a commendable tradition among the members of the ROX Group. The ethos of sharing permeates from the top echelons of leadership to every employee, like a river abundant with love, transporting the sediment that subtly sustains life.
