Trusted and selected by both local and foreign investors, ROX iPark (previously TNI Holdings Vietnam) has expanded to become the top industrial real estate developer in Vietnam since its inception more than twenty years ago.
System Coverage with New IPs
Over the past three years, ROX iPark has spent hundreds of billions of VND to expand the system with additional industrial parks at critical sites in both the North and the South.
ROX iPark is concentrating on the completion of infrastructure at Gia Loc Industrial Park (198 ha) in Hai Duong. The project occupies a strategic position within the Northern region's vital economic triangle, which includes Hai Duong, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh. It is adjacent to National Highway 5B, which links significant transportation hubs to Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Dinh Vu Port in Hai Phong, Cai Lan Port in Quang Ninh, and Noi Bai International Airport. A representative from ROX iPark stated that they anticipate transferring about 100 hectares of pristine land within this project by the end of this year.

In Vinh Phuc, ROX iPark is expediting the development of the Song Lo Industrial Park project, which spans 163 hectares. Situated in a distinctive location near the Noi Bai-Lao Cai highway, the project facilitates travel between Hanoi and the border provinces of Lao Cai, with a transportation network linking four major cities: Viet Tri, Vinh Yen, Hanoi, and Thai Nguyen, as well as Noi Bai International Airport. The design of Song Lo Industrial Park aims to transform into a multi-sector industrial park that meets international standards and places a high priority on environmental sustainability.
In addition to developing the Northern Industrial Parks, ROX iPark has expanded southward with the Dong Binh Industrial Park (350 hectares) in Vinh Long province. This industrial park is situated at the intersection of National Highway 1 and National Highway 54, strategically connecting Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long City, Soc Trang City, Binh Minh Port, Cat Lai Port, Tran De Port, and Can Tho Airport, thereby facilitating import-export and freight transport enterprises. Dong Binh Industrial Park, equipped with synchronous and contemporary infrastructure, will emerge as a prime location for investors in the near future.
Affirmation of its top spot
Following over twenty years of development, ROX iPark has established a significant presence with numerous industrial parks in northern provinces, such as Hanoi, Ha Nam, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, and Bac Ninh, while also extending its market reach to southern regions such as Vinh Long.
Currently, ROX iPark has 14 industrial park projects around the nation, with an industrial land portfolio of 3,000 hectares. These industrial parks have garnered approximately 5 billion USD in foreign direct investment, involving over 500 investors from 22 nations and territories, resulting in employment for more than 500,000 individuals, primarily in the sectors of electricity, electronics, assembly technology, food processing, automotive manufacturing support, textiles, dyeing, garment, etc.

Furthermore, ROX iPark constantly enhances collaboration with both domestic and international partners to create new industrial park models, raise investment attractiveness efficiency, and raise the quality of operations in current and upcoming industrial parks.
