​TN Property Investment and Real Estate Management Joint Stock Company (TNPM) has been ranked among the Top 5 Most Reputable Real Estate Service Companies in 2026, as announced by Vietnam Report. This marks the second consecutive year the company has been included since this category was introduced into the ranking system in 2025.

According to Vietnam Report, TNPM ranked third in the Top 5 Most Reputable Real Estate Service Companies 2026 (property management category), following two international brands, Savills and CBRE.

The ranking is based on financial data updated through the end of 2025, combined with Media Coding methodology, stakeholder surveys, and expert evaluations. Amid a volatile real estate market, this is considered a highly reliable benchmark of corporate capability.

While property management was previously seen as a back-end function, it is now a factor that directly impacts asset value and resident retention. The presence of a domestic enterprise like TNPM alongside international names demonstrates that operational capabilities are increasingly being localized and elevated to meet new market standards.

Beyond the title, business results also reflect an improving operational foundation. A TNPM representative shared, “Being ranked among the Top 5 most reputable real estate service companies is a valuable recognition from the market. However, for us, this is not the destination but a milestone on a long-term journey. TNPM remains committed to standardizing the entire operational system, viewing it as the foundation to progressively elevate service standards toward stability and excellence."

In response to this trend, TNPM has accelerated the standardization of operations, from building internal process systems to applying management technology platforms. In 2025, the company launched an upgraded version of the TIMI application—a 24/7 resident assistant. Through this platform, residents can easily submit service requests, track progress, and monitor costs transparently.

At the same time, the company is orienting toward the application of international quality management standards such as ISO, building a synchronized operational system across its entire project portfolio. This ensures service consistency while enhancing control efficiency and minimizing deviations in operations.

From a quality management perspective, the company has established periodic survey mechanisms to measure customer satisfaction, thereby adjusting services accordingly. Feedback data not only supports operational improvements but also serves as a basis for evaluating management effectiveness.

Notably, TNPM is also developing a classification system of operational standards across service segments, from mid-range to high-end. This approach enables the company to flexibly meet diverse customer needs while enhancing service value rather than competing solely on cost.

Alongside system standardization, the human factor is also emphasized as a key operational pillar. The workforce is systematically trained according to unified processes and service standards, ensuring consistent implementation across the entire project portfolio.

Currently, TNPM manages the operations of seven urban areas, serving approximately 7,900 households—a scale large enough to validate operational capability in practice while providing a foundation for widespread service standardization.
