10:00 | 27/09/2024

Last week, employees of ROX Group (previously TNG Holdings Vietnam) in the North, Central, and South regions collaborated to express compassion at the blood donation festival titled Drop of Love, contributing almost 700 units of blood to the National Blood Bank.

The Drop of Love program, collaboratively organized by ROX Group and Viet Duc Hospital, occurred on September 25, 2024, in Hanoi, garnering tremendous involvement from the Group's personnel. The event notably included participation from personnel of the partner unit MSB Bank and employees from other enterprises within the building.

Mr. Truong Cong Tuan had a knee injury while engaging in athletics and required crutches; nonetheless, this did not impede his volunteer spirit. His initial blood donation was motivated by the coworkers adjacent to him. He expressed his intention to donate blood on the next opportunity.

Prior to donating blood, several individuals expressed concerns over their eligibility, thereafter experiencing elation upon surmounting the health obstacle. A construction engineer considered himself fortunate to be sent to headquarters coinciding with the Drop of Love event. Several staff members asked their spouses to participate in blood donation jointly.

Numerous other emotional narratives were contributed by ROX individuals to Drop of Love. The primary objective is to disseminate the spirit of solidarity, love, and community that ROX Share embodies, as desired by the Group's personnel.

Consequently, Drop of Love in Hanoi amassed 578 units of blood, which were donated to people in need. The program was previously conducted at the Southern office on September 23, yielding 107 units of blood for the National Blood Bank. In the Central area, in response to the Drop of Love initiative and the ethos of ROX Share, several employees of the Group gave blood at Hue Central Hospital.

ROX Group representative said, “Drop of Love serves as a significant milestone in the sequence of community initiatives organized by ROX Share of ROX Group. Every drop of love resembles a seed of life, emerging from faith and uniting countless souls in a shared rhythm. We collaboratively organize a significant and compassionate event, disseminating the ethos of ROX Share—fostering love among the community.

At the event, ROX Group initiated a program aimed at assisting individuals in their recovery from storms and floods.

In September 2024, ROX Group contributed 1 billion VND to assist those impacted by the storm and flood in reconstructing their lives. The ROX Share program facilitates various community initiatives, such as constructing homes for the impoverished, providing Tet gifts, establishing schools, donating libraries, supporting children's education, awarding scholarships to underprivileged students, caring for heroic Vietnamese mothers, and distributing gifts to children in hospitals and SOS children's villages.
