ROX Group Honored as One of the “Best Workplaces in Vietnam” for the Third Consecutive Year

​ROX Group has just been recognized by Anphabe in the “Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025” and received the “Happy Workforce” certification. The award acknowledges ROX Group’s achievements in its 30-year journey of building a happy and people-centered workplace.

30 Years of Creating Benefit & Convenience for Employees

This is the third consecutive year that ROX Group has received the “Best Workplaces in Vietnam” award, organized by Anphabe. This year, the company continues to move up in the ranking of the “Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025” in the Large Enterprises category. This affirms ROX Group’s position in the recruitment market as well as the scale of the Group’s operations.

The award is even more meaningful as it comes at a time when ROX Group is approaching its 30-year milestone of establishment and development (1996-2026). Throughout three decades, the company has continuously expanded its scale, created value for the economy, and upheld its philosophy of placing people at the center of every development initiative.

According to Anphabe—the organization conducting the Employer Brand survey—only 12 enterprises met the benchmark score under this year’s evaluation criteria, and all had to pass strict assessments from experts. Among them, ROX Group stands out for its culture that values work–life balance.

This spirit is reflected through policies such as “Flexible Working Hours,” which allow employees to choose schedules that fit their personal conditions. It can also be seen in the ROX gene culture with core values encouraging employees to live proactively, responsibly, and wholeheartedly in both their professional roles and family life.

Additionally, the learning culture is strongly promoted across the Group, becoming a key factor that enables employees to continuously grow and become a better and stronger version of themselves. From Q4/2024 until now, the Group has organized 3,927 training classes with 12,000 employee participants, including 40% through e-learning.

The application of technology and strong digital transformation in operations also contributes to making ROX Group’s working environment increasingly optimized, improving efficiency, and enhancing the employee experience. Training programs on AI workplace competencies, AI applications in daily tasks, and data management have been conducted to strengthen employees’ digital capabilities amid rapid transformation.
