Accordingly, the Board of Directors (BOD) of ROX Group Joint Stock Company (ROX Group) unanimously elected Mr. Tran Xuan Quang as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Tran Xuan Quang has spent nearly a decade accompanying ROX in the role of Chief Executive Officer, demonstrating strong management capabilities, sharp strategic thinking, and a high sense of responsibility, thereby contributing to guiding the Group's business operations through multiple challenging periods while achieving stable and sustainable results.

Mr. Tran Xuan Quang's appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors reflects well-deserved recognition of his contributions, while also reaffirming ROX Group's strong confidence in its next-generation leadership team, which is ready to lead the Group into its next stage of development.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet Huong (former Chairwoman of the Board of Directors) will continue accompanying ROX Group in her role on the Founding Council, focusing on shaping long-term development strategies.
