Excellent Digital Products
The Make in VietNam award honors exceptional products, solutions, and platforms that showcase the capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises and individuals in mastering technology, designing, and manufacturing digital technology products.
The award ceremony this year was held by the Ministry of Information and Communications, in collaboration with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), as part of The Sixth Annual National Forum on The Development of Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises on January 15, 2025.
In each award category, the Organizing Committee selected 10 standout products, with the Top 3 earning Gold, Silver, and Bronze prizes. TNTech's T.SIE Smart Industrial Park Management and Operation Solution emerged as one of the top entries, winning the Silver Prize in the newly introduced category of Excellent Digital Technology Product in the Field of Industry and Construction — one of the five new categories of Make in Vietnam 2024.
This prestigious award reinforces the exceptional quality of the T.SIE product and solidifies TNTech's leading position in the technology sector, particularly in providing solutions for smart industrial parks. Previously, the T.SIE Smart Industrial Park Management and Operation Solution had earned significant recognition, receiving accolades such as the Smart City Vietnam 2023 award and the Sao Khue 2024 award.
Solving Difficult Problems in Industrial Park Operations
According to a representative from TNTech, the development of the T.SIE solution began with in-depth research into the technology platform aimed at addressing key challenges such as labor safety management, environmental protection, energy management, and optimizing the operations of traditional industrial parks.
Over more than three years of development, TNTech has leveraged its resources and expertise, particularly from industry partners like ROX iPark (an industrial park developer) and IMC (a management and operation company). The company has also integrated new technological insights and practical experience from its involvement in smart city development, resulting in a continuously optimized solution tailored for industrial park management and operations. This ensures that the T.SIE solution remains flexible and highly effective in its implementation across various industrial parks.
By adopting the T.SIE solution, industrial parks are equipped with integrated technologies that monitor air quality, wastewater, exhaust emissions, and energy usage. It also includes a monitoring and early-warning system for fire hazards, explosions, and labor accidents. As a result, these parks can more effectively manage environmental factors, optimize energy consumption, reduce risks of accidents, and ensure the safety of both property and personnel. The collected monitoring data enables businesses to take timely, informed actions, improve operational efficiency, and ensure full compliance with environmental and labor safety regulations.

In addition to streamlining operations, the T.SIE solution also incorporates ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, enabling industrial parks to align with global ESG standards.
The estimated implementation time for the T.SIE smart management and operation solution in each industrial park ranges from 2 to 5 months. This includes an assessment of the current infrastructure, system installation, and operational training. However, the implementation timeline may vary depending on the long-term vision and the level of commitment to digital transformation demonstrated by the industrial park management teams.
Currently, the T.SIE solution has been successfully deployed at Quang Minh Industrial Park in Hanoi and is set to be expanded to other industrial parks developed by ROX iPark. Looking ahead, TNTech plans to continue refining and enhancing the solution to meet the growing demands of the market. The company intends to expand the product's reach to key provinces and cities with industrial parks, eventually scaling it nationwide.
