The Northern area recognizes TNI Holdings Vietnam, formerly known as VID Group and currently operating as ROX iPark, as the foremost manager and developer of industrial parks. It is an integral element of the multi-industry ROX Group ecosystem.
Previously, ROX iPark played a significant role in facilitating changes in rural regions as a midwife of industrial parks. However, as we enter the technology era, the organization has become a trailblazer in digital transformation, aiming to provide customers with the utmost satisfaction.
As a result, the industrial parks that ROX iPark manages and develops are actively deploying technology in order to change into a smart industrial park model in order to boost management efficiency, which in turn is creating momentum for the objective of sustainable growth in accordance with ESG standards.

At present, 14 industrial parks belonging to ROX iPark have successfully implemented the comprehensive design for the smart industrial park model. The main objective of this model is to improve operational management, enhance security and safety inside the industrial park, and provide efficient control of carbon emissions. Industrial parks that use Smart Industrial Park solutions, like Quang Minh in Hanoi, have received high praise from several partners for their efficient operational administration. As per the roadmap, the installation of this solution will be fully finished for all 14 industrial parks of ROX iPark by the end of 2025.

At the last Vietnam Industrial Property Forum, ROX iPark was recognized as the Industrial Park Real Estate Developer with a Green Transformation Strategy 2024.
According to the ROX iPark representative, the swift adoption of environmentally friendly practices not only enables ROX iPark to stay current and meet tenants' new demands, but also supports the realization of Vietnam's National Strategy on Green Growth from 2021 to 2030, with the ultimate goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
