At the 5th Vietnam Industrial Property Forum, ROX iPARK Vietnam Investment Development Joint Stock Company was honored with the award for “Industrial Real Estate Developer with Outstanding Green Transformation Strategies 2025."
ROX iPark recognized as “Industrial Real Estate Developer with Outstanding Green Transformation Strategies 2025"
The Vietnam Industrial Property Forum 2025 (VIPF 2025) is an annual event organized by Finance & Investment Newspaper in collaboration with the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance. This prestigious event gathered more than 300 delegates, including government agencies, investors, experts, international organizations, and enterprises in the industrial real estate sector.
Within the framework of VIPF 2025, the “For a Green Future" – VIPF Green Future Awards program was held to honor enterprises with the best green transformation strategies, thereby encouraging green, clean, and smart investment, management, and operation models for industrial parks.
The judging panel highly appreciated ROX iPark for its long-term development vision, integrating green, smart, and sustainable criteria across all stages of investment and operation.
Speaking at the award ceremony, a representative of ROX iPark said, “This recognition not only acknowledges our continuous efforts in developing green industrial parks but also reaffirms ROX iPark's long-term commitment to building a sustainable industrial ecosystem and accompanying investors on their ESG journey."
The industrial parks operated by ROX iPark are not only equipped with comprehensive infrastructure but also actively apply technological solutions to develop smart industrial parks, enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and saving energy for investors.
Alongside digital transformation, ROX iPark has implemented various initiatives to “green" its industrial parks, such as launching the Tree Planting Festival, switching to energy-efficient lighting systems like LED lamps, replacing traditional materials with eco-friendly alternatives (e.g., HDPE pipes instead of concrete drainage pipes), and adopting rooftop solar power systems.
With the orientation “Green Development – Sustainable Growth," ROX iPark aims to become a symbol of the new-generation industrial park model in Vietnam, contributing to realizing the Vietnamese Government's Net Zero 2050 commitment.
