On the evening of October 10, ROX Living Dong Van Square in Ninh Binh is set to become a new music destination, welcoming Dan Truong, Ha Myo, Duong Thuan, Van Lii and MC Truong Giang. Around 5,000 people are expected to gather for a night of music spanning nostalgic youth anthems and contemporary sounds, before the evening culminates in a DJ set and a 30-minute fireworks display.
The program will run from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the event area opening from 6:00 p.m. for guests to check in, take photos and enjoy pre-show activities. A selection of gifts will also be prepared for attendees.
One of the evening’s highlights will be the “New Journey” activation ceremony and the presentation of land-use right certificates to residents. The moment is expected to mark a memorable milestone as the first homeowners officially begin their journey at ROX Living Dong Van.
Organized by ROX Living, a real estate developer under ROX Group, the event is designed to express appreciation to customers while bringing another cultural and entertainment experience to the Dong Van community. It forms part of ROX Living’s broader community-building activities across its urban developments, aimed at connecting residents and enriching the cultural and social life of local communities.
Located at the intersection of Nguyen Huu Tien Street and the 68-meter-wide Le Cong Thanh Boulevard, which connects Dong Van with Phu Ly City, ROX Living Dong Van benefits from convenient transport links. The development is approximately 600 meters from National Highway 1A, around 2 km from the Cau Gie–Ninh Binh Expressway and about 60 minutes from central Hanoi.
Shopping, dining, services and entertainment spaces are also incorporated into the development’s master plan, creating new destinations as life in Dong Van becomes increasingly vibrant. “Vibrant Sounds” on October 10 is among the first activities to bring this vision to life.
Dan Truong’s Youth Anthems Meet a Multi-Genre Line-Up
Following the opening ceremonies, the stage will shift into concert mode with a diverse line-up spanning pop, ballads, contemporary folk influences and upbeat modern sounds.
The most anticipated name is undoubtedly Dan Truong. Known affectionately to Vietnamese audiences as “Anh Bo”, the singer will perform songs that have become part of the soundtrack of several generations, from familiar love songs to performances inspired by Vietnamese cultural heritage.
Among the highlights is “Tinh Hoa Xu Bac”, his collaboration with RHYDER, released in late 2025 and inspired by the cultural heritage and imagery of northern Vietnam.
Dan Truong will also perform songs that have become part of the memories of generations of listeners, including “Mai Mai Mot Tinh Yeu”, “Tinh Khuc Vang”, “Mua Tren Cuoc Tinh”, “Tinh Don Phuong” and “Kiep Ve Sau”, alongside specially arranged medleys prepared for the show.
Van Lii and Duong Thuan will bring a younger energy to the stage with familiar hits such as “Di Giua Troi Ruc Ro”, “Bon Chu Lam”, “Tai Sinh”, “Mot Dem Say” and “Em Cua Ngay Hom Qua”. Meanwhile, Ha Myo will offer her distinctive blend of traditional Vietnamese musical elements and contemporary production through performances including “Xam Ha Noi”, “Co La EDM” and folk music mashups.
According to the organizers, “Vibrant Sounds” is designed as a meeting point between familiar melodies from the past and the youthful sounds of today. Audiences can revisit songs associated with their own memories of youth before being drawn into the energy of a contemporary music festival.
The interplay between old and new is also intended to give the program its own emotional rhythm, allowing different generations of audiences to find a piece of their musical memories on the same stage.
A Grand Finale with DJ Beats and Fireworks
If the artists’ performances take audiences through a range of musical moods, the final 30 minutes will bring the evening to its most energetic moment.
From around 9:30 p.m., the stage will transition into an upbeat DJ set lasting approximately 30 minutes. As the music builds, lighting effects and fireworks will illuminate the Dong Van sky, bringing the festival to a spectacular close.
The LED stage, sound and lighting systems and fireworks will be coordinated as part of a unified production, creating a vibrant finale as around 5,000 people come together to enjoy the music, dance and atmosphere.
Beginning with familiar melodies, moving through contemporary sounds and ending with music, lights and fireworks, “Vibrant Sounds” promises a memorable evening in Dong Van on October 10.
For those looking for a night out with friends, Dong Van may just have a new date for the calendar.
