Quang Ninh identifies digital transformation as a key driver for promoting socio-economic growth and improving the quality of services for citizens and businesses. Following the recent signing of a strategic cooperation agreement, TNTech has become one of four partner organizations providing digital transformation consulting alongside Quang Ninh.

Quang Ninh has implemented its digital transformation strategy in a comprehensive and synchronized manner, spanning the development of digital government, the digital economy, and a digital society, with the orientation of becoming one of the top five leading localities nationwide in comprehensive digital transformation in the coming period.
The province has actively promoted strategic cooperation with major technology corporations to build modern digital infrastructure, data centers, and a smart city ecosystem. At the same time, it has continuously implemented key projects, including the development of digital infrastructure, digitalization of public services, establishment of shared data repositories, and expansion of digital platforms serving residents in tourism, healthcare, and education.
Thanks to this strong determination, Quang Ninh has achieved notable results: ranking third nationwide in the Provincial Innovation Index (PII) and third in the Vietnam ICT Index for readiness for information and communication technology development and application.
Entering the 2025-2030 period, Quang Ninh continues to identify digital transformation as a central, overarching task, and will further deploy synchronized solutions to achieve its digital transformation objectives. The province plans to invest more than VND 125 billion in 14 digital transformation projects during the 2025-2030 period, focusing on infrastructure upgrades, cloud computing, open data, and digital workforce training.
Vision for Enhancing Digital Capabilities for Enterprises
With an orientation toward 2030, the province identifies the digital economy as a breakthrough area that requires focused leadership and direction, setting targets for the digital economy to contribute 20% of GRDP by 2025 and 30% of the province's GRDP by 2030.
With nearly 11,500 enterprises currently operating, the province recognizes science and technology and innovation as key drivers for rapid and sustainable socio-economic development. More importantly, the application of technology within the business sector is aimed not only at achieving strong growth in 2025, but also at creating long-term, sustainable development momentum for the entire region in the future.
Recently, Quang Ninh Province organized the 2025 Conference on Investment Promotion for Science and Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation. The conference, themed “Converging Potential – Innovating for Growth – Spreading Success," attracted the participation of numerous international organizations and more than 400 enterprises.

At the conference, delegates witnessed the signing ceremony of Memoranda of Understanding on investment cooperation between Quang Ninh's agencies, organizations, and enterprises and domestic and international investors and businesses. TNTech was one of four entities to sign a strategic cooperation MOU with the Quang Ninh Department of Science and Technology.
Accordingly, TNTech will accompany Quang Ninh Province in consulting on digital transformation for Smart Industrial Parks, and in deploying digitalized management and operations solutions for industrial parks in a green and intelligent direction. In addition, TNTech will support enterprises across the province in digitalizing assets and infrastructure, optimizing operations and maintenance, and building experience management systems for businesses and tourists.

In the coming period, TNTech and the Quang Ninh Department of Science and Technology will coordinate to implement specific programs and projects aimed at enhancing digital capabilities for the province's business community.
