The Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2024 is themed “Sustainable Development: Establishing the Foundation for a New Cycle of Vietnamese Real Estate. The Organizing Committee states that the criteria for sustainable development, which serve as the foundation for picking the winner, encompass: a green living environment; regional and local economic growth; cultural and social development; human values; and an emphasis on human elements.

To date, the ROX Center chain has maintained a consistent presence in Hue, Nam Dinh, Bac Giang, Thai Binh, Hoa Binh, Viet Tri, Lang Son, among others.
TNL further rents warehouse space in the Industrial Park, strategically situated adjacent to the national highway and intricately linked to the national supply chain. The introduction of Industrial Park real estate offerings aligns well with market demand and the trends of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Foreign Institutional Investment (FII) inflows into Vietnam.
