On September 20, 2023, hundreds of TNG members and employees from several companies located at TNR Tower participated in the “Drops of Love" blood donation day, joining hands to contribute to the blood bank. TNG Holdings Vietnam, in collaboration with Viet Duc Hospital, organized the event.
"Medicine" comes from loving hearts
At the event, Duy Anh, an employee of TNG Holdings Vietnam, confided, "For the sick, blood is 'medicine' that is 'produced' from the hearts of healthy people. So I and many of my colleagues came to the 'Drops of Love' with excitement to donate our blood drops to contribute a small part to the blood banks of hospitals." 
Health screening before donating blood
Ms. Hang Ngan (from TNG Holdings Vietnam's partner company) stated that during her student years, she used to see blood donation as the responsibility of unions and associations. However, her perspective changed as she had to wait for each blood bag the doctors brought while her mother was ill and in the hospital. Since then, she has donated blood 3–4 times a year and considers it a KPI of health training for herself.
“When I'm still healthy, I give the things my body can regenerate, like blood or hair, to those in need. That's what makes me happy and filled with positive energy," said Ms. Hang Ngan.
For employees who have the habit of donating blood, "Drops of Love" is a goal to improve their health. They devote more energy to taking care of their health, exercising, and taking care of nutrition to nourish healthy blood to donate most respectfully during the Group's blood donation day.
TNG Holdings Vietnam staff donates blood in "Blood Drops of Love" blood donation day
The "Drops of Love" blood donation day also welcomed many people to donate blood for the first time. There was the receptionist who just graduated from college, overcoming her fear of needles and pain to give healthy drops of blood, or a U50 technical employee who overcame age barriers and health concerns to do a good deed with his colleagues. Many people working far from the headquarters were also willing to arrange their work and travel dozens of kilometers to the event to spread love.
The "Drops of Love" program has the participation of the leaders of the group.
The blood donation program at TNG Holdings Vietnam also received a heartwarming response from the leadership team. The organizing committee said that nearly 50% of the leaders in the Group registered to participate in blood donation.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, General Director of TNPower Energy Joint Stock Company (a member of TNG Holdings Vietnam), shared, "In 2015, I participated in donating blood for the first time. Since then, I often participated whenever I could. Every time I sit in the chair to donate blood, I consider how the unit of blood I am donating can help save a life in some small way. I felt very happy and felt a sense of pride in myself. If you have never donated blood before, you should do it as soon as possible to feel like a better version of yourself.
Spread deeds of kindness toward the community
Blood donation day drew not only employees of TNG Holdings Vietnam but also employees of other companies located at TNR Tower. "Drops of Love" has collected nearly 700 units of blood, nearly 200 units over the goal.
"Thank you for the 'Drops of Love' idea and the TNG culture, which gave me and many of my coworkers a sense of responsibility and encouraged us to be more proactive. This not only saves lives but also fosters a strong culture of humanity and improves the world. Let us continue to support and engage in activities like 'Drops of Love' to spread love and create positive values for society." said Cong Thanh, TNG Holdings Vietnam staff, who participated in blood donation for the second time.

Let's show our love certificates
Mr. Huy, an employee of a company that rents space on the 22nd floor of TNR Tower, was the final donor at "Drops of Love." He said that last year, his wife experienced complications during her pregnancy, necessitating the transfusion of up to 17 liters of blood to keep her with the family. He feels extremely grateful to those who have donated blood. From then on, he regularly donated blood to "repay the generosity" of life.
The engagement of many people outside TNG shows the diffusion of the "Drop of Love" blood donation day. The warmth and love filled in every single drop of blood donated today will be healthy seeds for the forest of good deeds to continue to stretch forever.
“Drop of Love" is the highlight event of a series of activities aimed at the TNG Share community - one of three cultural touchpoints at TNG Holdings Vietnam. In 2023, TNG Share will spread the affection of TNG people to the community through the programs "Share Love" and "Go to School with Children."
In particular, the Group has sponsored the construction of houses for the poor in Hau Giang, bridge repair in Bac Lieu, contributed to renovating the schools in Ta Cu Nhe Village (Ha Giang) and Lang Lau (Lang Son), repaired the school in Hung Nhan Town (Thai Binh), and awarded bicycles and scholarships to hundreds of pupils and students nationwide.
At the "Drops of Love" blood donation day, General Director of TNG Holdings Vietnam, Mr. Tran Xuan Quang, stated, "We hope that the blood donation day and many other love-sharing activities demonstrate the TNG people's spirit of responsibility and proactivity for the community, providing positive motivation to staff. From that stepping stone, we will continue to contribute to and extend the Group's lifestyle journey."
It is expected that until the end of the year, TNG Holdings Vietnam will continue to implement many other programs for the community.
