ROX30 Concert - Rising in Brilliance has come to a close, yet the resonance of a three-decade journey told through music, light and emotion continues to linger in the hearts of those who attended.
Following the concert, Mr. Le Quang Vu, CEO of Blue C—the corporate culture consultancy that has accompanied ROX Group for many years—described it as “an epic symphony of memories." What impressed him most was not merely the scale or emotional impact of the program, but the way the 30-year story was told through a recurring symbol: light.

From the first rays of entrepreneurial aspiration, to the light of conviction during challenging times, and the light ignited by every individual throughout the development journey, all were woven together into a seamless narrative. In his view, ROX Group's 30-year journey has been shaped by countless “sources of light": individuals, generations and quiet yet enduring contributions that have come together to create the collective light of the organization.

That image became most vivid during the 30th anniversary celebration. On stage stood representatives from different generations of ROX in a single frame: from those who laid the very first foundations, to leaders carrying the responsibility of opening new horizons, and employees who have remained with the organization since its earliest days.
Ms. Hoang Thi Hong and Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, representing the quiet contributors who have helped shape ROX Group's 30-year journey.
Among them was Ms. Hoang Thi Hong, a General Administration employee who has been with the organization for 26 years, dating back to the Nam Thang Shoe Company era. There was also Ms. Dao Thi Loc, from the same department, whose familiar image in the traditional ao dai has become a cherished memory for generations of ROX employees over the past 17 years. And there was Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, who has dedicated 26 years to payroll and employee benefits services. Their work takes place quietly behind the scenes, embedded in everyday operations and contributing to the smooth and sustainable functioning of the organization.
In that moment, there were no distinctions of title or position—only people from different generations sharing a journey that has spanned three decades.

Perhaps this was the most concise representation of ROX Group at the age of 30: an organization built by those who laid the foundations from the very beginning, sustained by those driving its operations today, and moving toward the future through generations carrying the aspiration of bringing Vietnam's mark to the world.
Yet what made the “Rising in Brilliance" celebration truly special was not only the connection among generations within the organization. The energy of ROX's 30th anniversary also extended beyond its own community, reaching partners, guests and audiences who came to support the performing artists through tickets presented by ROX Group, as well as tens of thousands of viewers who followed the event online.
As the music began, familiar boundaries seemed to disappear. Many ROX employees were also passionate fans of the artists performing on stage. They sang along to every song, illuminated the entire auditorium and created an atmosphere rarely seen at a corporate event. In that moment, the concert became a space of shared joy, where happiness spread freely and many people became part of the 30-year journey.
A Journey of Ten Thousand Miles from Vietnamese Origins
Appearing in the film “Hanh trinh van dam – Khoi nguon Viet Nam" (A Journey of Ten Thousand Miles – Originating from Vietnam), Mr. Ho Le Viet Hung, Chief Executive Officer of ROX Capital, a member company of ROX Group, highlighted a major mission being pursued by the next generation of leaders: expanding project development and research activities into international markets while strengthening global partners' confidence in the capabilities and position of Vietnamese enterprises.
“One day in the near future, ROX people may see the Vietnamese flag flying proudly over world-class developments created by Vietnamese people themselves," he said.
There is still a long journey ahead, but ROX people have already set out. And somewhere beyond the new horizons now opening before them, today's dreams are beginning to take shape.
At the very moment ROX30 Concert illuminated the atmosphere in Hanoi, another source of light emerged more than 4,000 kilometers away in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. At Royal Central Park, a project developed by ROX Living Global, a member of ROX Group, a musical fountain performance was officially unveiled to the public of Bishkek for the first time, attracting large numbers of local residents.
From Hanoi to Bishkek, the values cultivated over three decades are extending beyond Vietnam's borders and gradually taking shape in more distant markets. Along this journey, every development created and every individual quietly pioneering new paths in new territories becomes part of the story of Vietnamese resilience reaching out to the world.
The journey ahead is being carried forward by ROX people who share the aspiration of bringing Vietnam's mark to the world.
