On a weekend morning at Phung Khoang Park in Hanoi, more than 800 ROX employees created a vibrant atmosphere while participating in a running event within the series of activities leading up to the Group's ROXMei 30 Traditional Festival.

Under the May sunrise, employees ran side by side along the tree-lined route, encouraging one another to conquer every kilometer. High-fives along the track, enthusiastic cheers and the shared moments of crossing the finish line created a morning filled with energy, excitement and connection.

Thousands of kilometers away from Vietnam, Mr. Hoang Quoc Anh and colleagues working in Mongolia also left their own marks through every stride. In the land known as the "Land of the Eternal Blue Sky," he shared that each completed kilometer was not only a physical challenge but also a way of expressing faith in ROX Group's future development.

“In Mongolia, summer days begin at 4:30 a.m. and daylight lasts until nearly 10 p.m. Standing in that land, I think about the aspiration of spreading convenient and beneficial values together with ROX to new regions. I am truly proud to have the opportunity to join local communities in cultivating a more sustainable and better life every day," he shared.

Throughout May, running activities for ROX employees have continued to take place across many localities. Each location carries its own cultural identity, yet all are united by a spirit of dynamism, proactiveness and readiness to conquer challenges.

More than 100,000 km accumulated on the online platform and over 3,000 km completed during the live race are far more than achievement figures. The event will take place in Hanoi on the evening of May 30, 2026, with the participation of leadership teams and employees from many generations. The program will also be livestreamed for the ROX community across representative offices to join and follow together. ROX30 Concert will become a gathering space for pride, international spirit and the aspiration to reach further that connects ROX people.
