At Goldmark City, the Mid-Autumn Festival is more than a celebration for children. It is also an occasion for families to reconnect, neighbors to meet and shared memories to grow within the community.
A Night Filled with Childhood Memories
From the afternoon of September 19, the Sapphire and Ruby 3 squares at Goldmark City bustled with festive activities. Children tried their hands at traditional tò he figurine making and balloon shaping, while adults gathered for conversations.
Young Goldmark City residents perform at the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.
As night fell, resident performances, guest artists and lion and dragon dances brought the stage to life, followed by the traditional Mid-Autumn feast. Some children took to the stage for the first time, while others carried lanterns, followed the lion dance and joined in the festivities.
Children enthusiastically answer questions to receive gifts.
Star-shaped lanterns, the beat of lion dance drums and festive trays brought familiar Mid-Autumn traditions into the shared spaces of a modern urban community.
Beyond the performances and games, the celebration offered residents a chance to slow down and enjoy time together. Parents walked with their children beneath the lanterns, while neighbors stopped to chat instead of simply passing one another in the lobby or elevator. These small encounters helped turn a festive evening into a shared community experience.
Full Moon Seasons That Connect Generations
For families who have lived at Goldmark City since its early days, each Mid-Autumn Festival has become part of their personal history.
In 2017, Thanh Ha moved to Goldmark City with her parents at the age of five. During her first Mid-Autumn Festival in the newly developed urban area, she and her mother captured a cherished moment along the 3D Mid-Autumn Festival street.
Nearly a decade later, Thanh Ha is now 14. The games that once captivated her may have changed, and familiar places may look different, but the full moon returns each year, bringing her family together for the festival of reunion.
Each Mid-Autumn Festival adds to the shared memories of Goldmark City families and residents.
As children grow up, a residential area can gradually become home. Neighbors become familiar faces through seasonal celebrations, children grow alongside friends in the community, and brief encounters in corridors and elevators turn into greetings and conversations.
Since 2017, TN Property Management Joint Stock Company (TNPM), a member of ROX Key within the ROX ecosystem, has worked with the Goldmark City Management Board and residents to organize community activities, including Mid-Autumn celebrations. This year's festivities also extended to other developments managed by TNPM, including Gold Season, Lascata and The Ninety Complex.
Beyond landscape, amenities and daily services, TNPM organizes activities throughout the year, from Mid-Autumn and Lunar New Year celebrations to cultural, photography and swimming competitions. These events create opportunities for residents of different generations to participate together and build stronger neighborhood connections.
This approach reflects ROX Group’s broader ambition to create living environments that extend beyond essential amenities and services to embrace cultural experiences and community connections.
The “Fairy-Tale Moonlight” celebration has ended, and the square has returned to its everyday rhythm. Yet the memories remain – carried by children growing up, families celebrating together and neighbors becoming part of one another’s lives.
Sometimes, a place becomes home not simply because we live there, but because of the memories we create together.
