​In its fourth year, the 2026 Giọt Thương blood donation campaign once again brought together many returning participants who have supported the initiative since its early days, alongside new faces, including employees who had only recently joined the organization. In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, employees of ROX Group and MSB, as well as workers at ROX Tower, came together to contribute to the community.

People arrived one after another to register, turning an ordinary working day into a special one as employees set aside time to give back to the community.

ROX Group CEO Nguyen Phi Hung joined senior executives in donating blood. Rather than simply encouraging employees from the sidelines, the company's leaders took part alongside their teams, making the Giọt Thương blood drive a shared experience.

Many teams have taken part in Giọt Thương since its early editions. This year, they once again signed up together, waited for their turn and encouraged one another throughout the donation process.

Security guards, cleaning staff, building operations personnel and office employees — people with different roles and responsibilities — all made time to take part in the blood drive.

Some employees had joined their organizations only a few days earlier when they signed up to donate blood alongside their new colleagues. For them, it was not only their first time taking part in Giọt Thương, but also a simple way to get to know the people they would be working with in their new environment.

The event brought together not only employees of ROX Group and MSB. Several employees of companies leasing office space at ROX Tower also invited friends to join them in donating blood.

Whether they were returning participants or first-timers, and whether they had donated blood many times or were doing so for the first time, everyone came together in one simple moment: sitting down and giving. Each person contributed a small part, helping kindness continue to spread.

Nearly 700 units of blood were collected by the blood bank of Viet Duc Hospital during the 2026 Giọt Thương blood drive, accompanied by smiles as participants gave their “drops of kindness."

Following the Hanoi event, Giọt Thương continued in Ho Chi Minh City on September 11. Another 100 units of blood were donated to the blood bank of the Ho Chi Minh City Blood Transfusion and Hematology Hospital, adding to the supply available for medical treatment.

Giọt Thương is part of ROX Share, a long-running community initiative by ROX Group with two main programs, “Supporting Children's Education" and “Sharing Love." Together, they extend the spirit of sharing from within the organization to the wider community.

As ROX Group marks its 30th anniversary under the theme “Building – Reaching Further," the group identifies people as one of its core values and continues to support initiatives that respond to practical community needs. Each act of giving is more than an immediate gesture of support; it also creates an opportunity for kindness to be carried forward.
