Through expert networking and knowledge-sharing activities, IMC contributes to building a sustainable business community at Dong Van Industrial Park.

IMC accompanies enterprises in strengthening governance capacity

Amid a legal environment and tax policies that are undergoing continuous changes, timely updates and enhanced tax risk management capacity have become critical requirements for enterprises operating in industrial parks.

To support the business community at Dong Van Industrial Park in improving governance capacity and proactively adapting to new regulations, IMC, in collaboration with Ha Nam Development Joint Stock Company and with the support of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), is organizing a specialized seminar titled “Tax and Accounting Risk Management for Enterprises."

The event is scheduled to take place on March 18, 2026, at The Dome Hotel – Dong Van Xanh (Ninh Binh). The seminar will gather business leaders, chief accountants, and chief financial officers from enterprises operating within Dong Van Industrial Park.

At the seminar, experts will share practical insights such as early identification of tax risks, strategies for working with inspection and audit authorities, as well as methods to help enterprises proactively safeguard themselves against legal risks. Notably, the program will feature a speaker from the State Audit Office, offering practical perspectives from the regulatory authority.

According to the organizing committee, the program aims not only to update new regulations but also to help enterprises build a structured risk management mindset—an increasingly important factor in modern business operations.

Enhancing value for the industrial park business community

In recent years, industrial park management trends have gradually shifted from a purely infrastructure-focused model to a comprehensive enterprise support service model. Beyond infrastructure operations, management units are increasingly focusing on developing service ecosystems that help enterprises improve operational efficiency.

With this orientation, IMC not only ensures stable infrastructure operations at Dong Van II Industrial Park but also proactively organizes knowledge-sharing activities, management experience exchanges, and policy updates for the business community.

Specialized seminars on tax governance, financial management, legal compliance, and digital transformation are considered part of the support ecosystem that IMC is developing. Through these activities, enterprises within the industrial park gain greater access to experts, stay updated on modern management trends, and enhance their operational capabilities.

An IMC representative stated that accompanying enterprises through training and knowledge-sharing activities not only helps reduce legal and financial risks but also contributes to forming a sustainable business community within the industrial park.

In the context of increasingly intense competition among localities in attracting investment, value-added services beyond infrastructure—such as governance and legal support—are becoming key factors that enhance the attractiveness of industrial parks to investors.

With this orientation, IMC continues to affirm its role as a professional industrial park operator, not only ensuring stable infrastructure operations but also accompanying enterprises in enhancing governance capacity, ensuring legal compliance, and achieving sustainable development within the industrial park.
