ROX Group Marks Its 29th Anniversary

​Throughout 29 years of establishment and development, ROX Group has constantly strived and achieved numerous accomplishments in creating a value system of convenient and beneficial values, joining thousands of employees, customers, partners, and the community in nurturing a better life each day.

Starting out as an export shoe processing company in the late 1990s, ROX Group (formerly TNG Holdings Vietnam) has evolved into a multi-industry corporation with a strong presence across various business sectors: residential real estate, industrial real estate, commercial services, finance, and energy.


Twenty-nine years of construction and development mark a persistent journey in fulfilling the mission of “Creating Convenient And Beneficial Values For Life" for ROX Group. For the enterprise, convenient and beneficial values are not an abstract concept but are embodied through three levels of value: Living Beautifully – spreading humanistic spirit, acting kindly and responsibly towards the community, society, and the environment; Living Meaningfully – delivering superior products and services, encouraging and inspiring a lifestyle that balances physical and mental well-being; and Living Luxuriously – applying international standards in governance, operations, and product/service development.

Through practical business activities, management systems, and CSR projects, ROX Group initiates and encourages employees, customers, and the community to act in a civilized manner for an increasingly better life.

From “Midwife" to Multi-Industry Group

In the early 2000s, the enterprise shifted its strategic direction to investing in industrial real estate and established VID Group. This was a pivotal move that positioned the company as one of the leading industrial park developers in Northern Vietnam.

At that time, VID Group was dubbed the “Midwife of Industrial Parks" by the market for its role in filling numerous parks, attracting investment projects worth millions of USD into Vietnam, and generating thousands of jobs for local workers. To this day, ROX continues to apply technology and invest in infrastructure and operational services to collaborate with investors in creating long-term value and contributing to the economic development of localities.

Around 2017, ROX Group expanded into residential real estate, leaving its mark with urban development models that offered ample green space and designs emphasizing utility and functionality. A series of projects under the brands Goldmark, Goldsilk, GoldSeason, and Goldview emerged, completely changing the perception of traditional apartment living and offering modern living experiences comparable to developed urban centers in Asia. These were places where residents were inspired to adopt a positive lifestyle in a civilized, well-connected community.


A range of services accompanying residential real estate were introduced, enabling residents to conveniently access high-quality products and services. From this point, the multi-industry group model took shape, and the strategy of diversified investment was deployed across several areas such as finance, real estate operations management, human resources services, information technology, and green energy.

The hallmark of ROX Group in this period lies in its financial capability and management competence, enabling businesses within the ecosystem to quickly stabilize operations and launch breakthrough products in the market. Many technology products supporting the transformation of traditional management models into smart models received prestigious national awards. Notably, for the first time, a domestic property management service company was listed on the HOSE exchange.

A Strategic Shift with the ROX Group Brand

January 2024 marked a significant milestone as the company rebranded from TNG Holdings Vietnam to ROX Group, affirming its vision of developing products, services, and markets with an international orientation in line with contemporary trends.

With its new brand identity, ROX Group continues to expand its multi-industry ecosystem based on the philosophy of “Creating Convenient And Beneficial Values For Life," aiming to provide comprehensive solutions that bring beauty, quality, and luxury to customers' lives while contributing to the sustainable development of the economy.

A prominent highlight of ROX Group's new brand positioning is its partnership with classical music programs, bringing domestic audiences closer to the world's musical icons through high-caliber concerts such as the Tchaikovsky Night and the concert “Masterpieces of Classicism & Romanticism," featuring renowned works by Gioachino Rossini, Franz Krommer, and Felix Mendelssohn.


May 19 marks the 29th anniversary of ROX Group's establishment and development – an occasion to reflect on achievements and recharge energy for the next phase of growth. Numerous activities were organized to honor long-serving employees and strengthen understanding and connection among staff, emphasizing the value of “human resources" – the most important asset a business can possess, as shared by the founder of ROX Group.​
